Our story

In February of 2021, Guntersville City Officials joined members of Lakeside Investments, LLC. and Milam & Company Construction to break ground on the City Harbor at Lake Guntersville, a mixed-use entertainment development built right on the water.


City Harbor at Lake Guntersville is now fully operational and offers 55,000 square feet of restaurants, entertainment, retail outlets, hospitality and more.


With a 6,000 square foot event space, that has a view to behold, City Harbor can provide you with the perfect venue for your wedding, reception or next corporate event.


For those who wish to arrive by boat, City Harbor has an array of day slips for boaters to use while visiting as well as 50 covered slips, with lifts, that will be available for long term rental.
